成衣洗水整烫
- 1分检配缸：按款号、色号、缸差分检，同批同缸洗水，避免串色与色差。
- 2清水退浆去污：30℃以下温水 + 中性洗涤剂，轻柔去浮毛、油污与浆料；切忌高温与碱性。
- 3柔软/防缩整理：加入亲水性柔软剂，配合丝光防缩特性提升绒面手感，保持尺寸稳定。
- 4脱水定型：低速脱水，严禁拧绞，趁湿预整版型，防止羊毛纱起皱变形。
- 5烘干/阴干：低温烘干或平铺阴干至八成，避免高温暴晒导致变硬、变色或缩水。
- 6生片整烫：缝合前对各衣片蒸汽整烫一次，消除卷边褶皱；蒸汽压力宜低。
- 7成衣整烫：缝制完成后整件上人台蒸汽烫定型一次，避免直接压烫绒面。
- 8复烫精整：领口、门襟、下摆、袖口等易皱部位尽量再多烫一次，确保平整度。
- 9质检包装：检验尺寸、色差、起球、污渍与整烫效果，合格后入袋，建议加防蛀处理。
成衣护理建议
- 洗涤：30℃以下温水，选择"羊毛/轻柔"程序；使用羊毛专用中性洗涤剂，避免含酶/含漂白成分。
- 晾干：洗后轻压去水（切勿拧绞），平铺阴干，避免悬挂暴晒、高温烘干及长时间浸泡。

Recommended Flat-bed Gauge
- Main recommendation: 14 gauge (14G) — flat fabric surface, moderate thickness, best showcases the delicate texture of 48NM/2 semi-worsted.
- Lightweight/fine gauge: 16 gauge (16G) — tight density, refined fit, suitable for ultra-thin spring/summer styles and close-fitting base layers.
- Thick/loose: 12 gauge (12G) — fluffy fabric, better warmth retention, can be knitted with two ends in for autumn/winter thick styles.
- Tip: high-count wool yarn is soft and smooth, weaving tension should be moderate to low, it is recommended to knit a swatch first to confirm density and shrinkage.
Washing & Finishing Steps
- 1Sorting and lot matching: sort by style number, color number and dye lot, wash same batch and same dye lot together, avoid color bleeding and color difference.
- 2Rinsing to remove sizing and dirt: warm water below 30℃ + neutral detergent, gently remove loose fibers, oil stains and sizing; never use high temperature or alkaline agents.
- 3Softening/shrink-resistant finishing: add a hydrophilic softener, combined with the mercerized shrink-resistant property to enhance the pile hand feel, maintain dimensional stability.
- 4Dewatering and setting: low-speed dewatering, wringing strictly prohibited, pre-set the shape while damp, prevent wool yarn from wrinkling and deforming.
- 5Drying/shade drying: low-temperature drying or lay flat to dry in the shade to 80%, avoid high temperature and direct sunlight causing stiffness, discoloration or shrinkage.
- 6Panel pressing: steam press each garment panel once before sewing, eliminate curled edges and wrinkles; steam pressure should be low.
- 7Garment pressing: after sewing is completed, steam press the whole garment once on a mannequin to set the shape, avoid directly pressing the pile surface.
- 8Re-pressing and fine finishing: neckline, placket, hem, cuffs and other wrinkle-prone areas should be pressed once more if possible, to ensure flatness.
- 9Quality inspection and packaging: inspect dimensions, color difference, pilling, stains and pressing results, bag after passing inspection, moth-proofing treatment is recommended.
Care Instructions
- Washing: warm water below 30℃, select the "wool/delicate" program; use a wool-specific neutral detergent, avoid enzyme/bleach-containing ingredients.
- Drying: after washing gently press out water (never wring), lay flat to dry in the shade, avoid hanging in direct sunlight, high-temperature tumble drying and prolonged soaking.
- Ironing: if ironing is needed, use a low-temperature steam iron, iron with a pressing cloth, avoid direct contact with the pile surface.
- Storage: keep dry before storing, moth repellent strips may be placed, avoid heavy objects pressing and causing deformation.
