Custom Knitwear — Ordering Rules

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Custom · single colour	50 pcs / colour	Custom in one specified colour; min 50 pcs per colour (same lot); shortfall surcharged as small order / sampling.
Custom · multi-colour	≥50 pcs / colour	Multiple colours in one order, each colour meets the 50 pcs MOQ; one-time dosing recommended for consistent lot shade.
Custom by sample / design	From 50 pcs	Sampling confirmation required (Ch.2) before bulk; bulk after sealed sample signed; first order includes sampling-fee offset.

Below MOQ: spot goods at spot price per pc; custom below 50 pcs/colour treated as small batch or sampling, charged at the sampling fee plus small-order surcharge (typically +30%~50%), no bulk price.

2. Sampling Rules

2.1 When sampling is required

New development, sample duplication, reshape / recolour / change yarn composition or count;
Pre-bulk sealed sample (bulk acceptance baseline), and hand-feel recheck before cross-season reorders.

2.2 Sampling lead time

Regular styles 5~10 working days; jacquard, cable, complex structures, cashmere and special finishing extend, subject to confirmation sheet.

2.3 Sampling fee collection & offset (in contract)

A Full offset	After bulk reaches 300~600 pcs/style, sampling fee fully offset in first order; not refunded if no order.	Cooperation baseline, recommended.
B Partial offset	Offset 50%~80%, remainder kept as development service fee.	When client bulk volume is uncertain.
C No refund / offset	Pure development service fee, charged and not refunded / offset.	Clients who only sample, no bulk plan.

2.4 Who supplies sampling yarn

Toll processing (we supply yarn, recommended): sampling yarn from our stock same batch, near-zero extra purchase, naturally meets 'bulk same-batch same-hand-feel'. Full-package: factory supplies yarn, fee includes yarn cost. Customer material: client or we purchase on behalf, settled separately.

2.5 Sealed sample & quality lock

Sealed sample must be kept (photo + one physical copy) as the sole bulk acceptance baseline;
Bulk must use same lot number yarn as sealed sample, avoiding shade / hand-feel disputes.

3. Custom Single-Colour Notes

'Single colour' definition: one colour + one lot number = one colour; cross-lot / cross-batch may show slight shade variance.
One-time dosing: order all 50 pcs of one colour in one batch to avoid batch shade variance and repeated MOQ thresholds.
Lead time: after sampling confirmed and deposit received, regular styles about 15~30 days (varies with process complexity and season).

4. Quotation & Payment

Spot

Ship on payment, settled at spot unit price, no deposit.

Custom

Sign contract, collect 30% deposit -> sampling / production -> pay balance before shipment; sampling fee per Ch.2 terms.

5. General Notes

All densities, labour fees and sampling fees herein are industry experience ranges, affected by factory equipment, skill and yarn grade;
Before production, a 30×30cm swatch must be made to measure course / wale density and weight; data valid only after fill-back.
This rule is a business policy framework; specifics governed by the signed Sampling Confirmation and Bulk Processing Contract.
